CHARLOTTE, N.C., Feb. 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Goodrich Corporation (NYSE: GR) has declared a quarterly dividend of 29 cents per share on its common stock, payable April 2, 2012 to shareholders of record as of March 2, 2012.
